Contemplating death is healthy. If you deny death you won’t have the opportunity to prepare for it and connect it to the living world. Taking the fear of death and channeling it into positive actions is a perfect example of how fear can inform us.
As a way to help make the Tibetan Wheel of Life teaching more accessible, I have created a free little booklet. My hope is that these teachings and wisdom about impermanence can be a source of comfort.
