On “The Way” last Monday, we looked how to clear the clutter of old thought patterns, fear, distraction and general overload from our minds. As I have said many times before, your mind creates your reality, and the exchange of that energy can manifest or de-manifest the serenity, balance and happiness that you seek. We can clear the mind of negative messaging by making strong, affirmative statements of intention to ourselves. We can also make space in our minds for joy and fulfillment by quieting it, relaxing and looking deep into ourselves.
We are affected by the past but it’s important to let go of it. When your mind is overactive and weighed down by things that have happened to you, or worry about the future, transformation can’t happen. As I told a caller during the show, it’s important to actively move toward your goals by making a decision, creating a plan, anchoring that plan with a clear mind, and going for your dreams.

As I mentioned on the show yesterday, next week will be my last live show for “The Way” as there simply are not enough hours in a day, and I will be focusing on my clients, charity work, and spending time with my family who have been waiting patiently for the last 10-15 years to spend some time with me.
