Service to Humanity
Humanitarian work has been an essential part of Derek O’Neill’s life and permeates his philosophies. As a teenager, he showcased his martial arts skills to raise funds for a women’s shelter in Ireland. When Derek took his first of many trips to India, and witnessed extreme poverty and suffering, he committed to devote himself to charitable causes.

SQ Foundation
In order to help as many people as possible, Derek expanded his charitable work and formed SQ Foundation, a not-for-profit (501c3) organization dedicated to the upliftment of humanity. SQ Foundation has projects operating in India, El Salvador, Bolivia, Scotland, Ireland, Peru, Ethiopia and the United States – all focused on bringing about positive and lasting change for humanity.
In addition to his own foundation, Derek supports other worthy organizations around the world, having personally raised millions for various, worthwhile causes.
