Do You Deserve Love and Goodness?

How you view yourself, who you are, what you are capable of and how you impact the world around you is all connected to confidence. Becoming more empowered and confident may seem hard to do, especially if your feelings of low self-esteem and self-worth have become a way of life.

The Truth Is, Food Is God

I used to bless my food but I don’t anymore. I now know that I would only be blessing myself. Instead, I offer my food to God in this way; I start the meal in silence and offer the first mouthful of food to God, I offer the second mouthful to myself as God, and I offer the third mouthful to all of the people in the world that are hungry. If you do this, you will change your consciousness around food.

You are Excellent!

But how do you define your excellence? Is it achieving the highest position in the company or scoring top grades on a test? Many consider this the Hindu bible which is a misnomer actually because if you read the Upanishads, which the Bhagavad Gita comes from, you will find a section that translated means “Sermon on the Mount”. So many spiritual teachings can be traced back to this book.

What do Krishna and the Rising Star Have in Common?

So, within the symbol, you have your seven chakras. Now, right from the bottom of the star there are five strokes coming out. Then on each side you have three strokes coming out of the star.
